My takeaways: Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac behind another property sits this gem. Craftsman but modern, overall the house had a great feel.. A wonderful main level Primary suite, a bit of its own wing, that included an office. There is what could be a primary upstairs, it’s just the bathroom is tiny, this is more of a guest bedroom, but if your kids are young one could make it work for a few years. I wasn’t particularly keen on the shared bathroom at the very top of the stairs, but that is a personal preference. Great sized property, you have space in front and in back. The basement level is a bit choppy, but all usable space.

My takeaways: EXCELLENT location! Worth noting in the HOA is all utilities except electrical + the standard common area maintenance. This is an updated unit with lovely view and no tall buildings next to it to obstruct those views.

My takeaways: Ahhhhh, so cute and charming. Perfect as is, or opportunity to expand. The seller is a young family so there were some nice touches like bringing the washer and dryer into the footprint of the house vs the garage. This location has excellent proximity to The 101 (as they call it) – 15th Ave will see some AM commute traffic flow through it but otherwise a wonderful neighborhood street with charming traffic circles to help slow cars.

 

Also available in this neighborhood is 856 15th Ave which has had a pretty substantial price reduction as of 10/11/25.

Side note: I am shocked this property didn’t sell when it was on the market earlier this year. Amazing floor plan, I love how the upstairs has two access points which provides a wonderful flow through the space. The stairs off the kitchen start in a play room and ascend to the second floor and immediately to the right is more of a teen hang out room with a pool table and movie hang-out area, turn to the left and it is the hallway that leads to the bedrooms.
