My takeaways: I had written on this complex before. It is a condo building that was being utilized as rentals and they are now officially moving them to condos. The apartments have a great feel and there are some really lovely architectural touches. This is also in an excellent location. Think I said this in my original write-up, my former NYC self would have loved to have had one of these condos in NYC!

My takeaways: This seller was not afraid of color! Very Santa Fe feeling. It is in fact a “super fun home” but the layout leaves something to be desired. This home also sits right across from a public park so it will be interesting to see if it takes a minute to sell as 1119 Hopkins which has just had another price reduction.

My takeaways: SOOOOOOO charming! This cottage like cabin belongs in upstate NY! I did hear there are some historical restrictions on this property so one should be sure to find out what has to remain if they go to remodel.
